Prepare a sample email, conversation, pitch or other work example.
How to run it

- 4Share the strongest suggested improvements.
Example in Action
Show participants a short video related to your topic, such as someone delivering a presentation or serving a customer in a restaurant. Ask them to identify two things they love about the person's approach and two things they would adapt. Compare responses to show how different people notice different behaviours.
