Example in Action
You're teaching people four techniques for handling difficult conversations, such as asking open questions, acknowledging emotions, reframing the problem and offering choices. Give each group four fictional scenarios, including an unhappy customer, a resistant colleague, a disagreement between teammates and someone struggling with change. They must match one technique to each scenario, using every technique exactly once, and explain their reasoning.
